choices below:
A) If you use windows at work buy that.
B) If you voted for Obama and make your own shopping bags, buy an Apple.
C) If you eat canned food, watch subtitled movies (only), and like searching the internew for software drivers (all the time), buy any windows based PC and load one of the (must be) thousand different flavors of Linux (pronounced lennox) on it.
They used to make a computer specifically for your use and soon I think they will again (I forget it's name but it did email, browsed the Internet and you could watch movies I think, it had a very small hard drive or none at all I remember (the OS was flashed to a chip). They will call it an appliance. your needs listed are very minimal.
