Something I find interesting:
A lot of rotors will get hot/warp then cool/straighten, the "heat up/warp".
In my own experience I've found rotors that need truing/get trued do this more than rotors that come straight out of the box.
I chalk it up to internal stresses in the rotor that accumulate from bending/truing.
I'm sure someone like MarkMCM can try to explain this a little better.
