This one is somehow fugly but I'm not sure it's the frame/fork.
Possibly the really bad aesthetic choice of that seatpost + that stem/bar integrated combo?
Maybe with a little dose of bad photography on top? The highlight on the bar tops accentuates the weirdness of those shapes. The photographer should have controlled that.
They could have raised the saddle too. Even if the bike is upright you still don't want the marketing photos getting anywhere near faster backwards territory.
TLDR maybe it's not so ugly in the real world.
