I'm wondering what to do with the SP - it's a 30.6, and Steve @ Hampco and Richard both recommended a shim down to 27.2. I wonder if it possible to ream it up to 30.9...
I've ordered the $12 shim from Cane Creek, but it's a JB Weld job. Would probably cut the piece in two and epoxy each half into the frame...
