My 2cents,
Carbon; Bora One/Ultra or WTO. The AC3 brake track will toss me over the bars regardless of how wet they are. Weight 170ish.
Alum; Shamal Mille or HED Ardennes Black. Best wet weather braking out there for rim brakes.
