Just about any frame for direct mount brakes will fit 30mm tires. Direct mount brake mount position (relative to the rim) is standardized, so there's little variation in maximum tire size for direct mount brake frames.

Trek still makes the direct mount rim brake version of the Emonda, but only as frame only. It is offered in two different geometries - the endurance H2 geometry, and the race H1 geometry. I have the H1 version, and it easily takes 30mm tires, and will likely take 32s as well.
