All mechanical shift cable sets, regardless of manufacturer only include normal length housing. As much as people love to dunk on Campagnolo, same thing would have happened if you bought a Shimano or SRAM mechanical group.
As others have pointed out, FM caliper bolts are specific to the fork/chainstay flat mounts, which is why they are not supplied.
