I'm running GP5000 700x32 on my Bob Jackson and all my wheelsets are old enough that max inner width is 15mm, so the tire measures a tad over 30mm. That rim is now not recommended for a 32mm tire either, although I'm not worried about this. I'm kicking myself for selling a couple of very nice wheelsets in the past 2-3 years for not much $.
Anyway - what wheelset, QR, 100/130, aluminum rim, 32 spokes or less, lets say inner width 18-20mm? Not too expensive, this is not a weight weenie bike
Current wheels are 6600 Ultegra, 32 spokes to Open Pro rims.
