I'm running 160mm rotors (front and rear). For Shimano, their front calipers already come with the necessary adapter for running either 140mm or 160mm rotors on this frame (and most other frames). Just flip it in the correct direction (one direction for 140mm, the other for 160mm rotors). HOWEVER, Shimano never includes the rear adapter with the rear caliper, so be sure to order one of these if you are running 160mm rotors: Shimano - SM-MA-R160D/D - Disc Brake Mount Adapter - 160mm - Rear - Flat/Flat. Many road frames will take a 140mm rear Shimano caliper without an adapter of any kind.
Note: Shimano's front and rear calipers are the same, except the front comes with the aforementioned adapter and the rear comes with nothing. You cannot use the front adapter for the rear (so you can't buy two front calipers), since the rear adapter is different.
