If you get a orbital fracture where the eye muscles tendons are planted, it may require a surgery once the bone is heals to loosen of tighten tendon to get eye back in range. But this is arm chair quarterbacking at best.

When he gets home and we get updates I'll donate again to what ever mechanism if help will still be needed certainly.
