Click on "User CP" on the main menu bar
Under "Networking" click on "Pictures & Albums"
Create an "Album" if you don't have one already, once created you can also edit your pictures and albums from here.
Click on "Upload Picture"
Click on "Chose File" and find the picture you want to upload on your computer
Upload the image
Click on "Upload Pictures"
Click on "Save Changes"
In your "Album" click on the picture you want to post, the picture will expand and the "Picture URL" and "BB Code" will be automatically create for you below the picture.
Copy the "Picture URL" or "BB Code" and use it in your next post however you want to.
