I've been using KMC x.93 chains if i recall with quick links, but any 11s chain will work well, 105, ultegra, KMC all decent in my book so you can go with your favorite.
I've always bought wheels with Shimano FHB and i only run campagnolo, just toss an 11s cassette on and you're good to go...

Ya. It's also a dream when switching 11s wheels between bikes. Assuming not having to fiddle with caliper due to too much of rim width difference, it's plug and play.
