If it's 1x11, you could consider an XT rear derailleur and XT shifters. Cheaper overall setup than using Shimano road flatbar, and you get the clutch.
Also, an alternative to the suggested handlebars is the ritchey classic 10d bar. It's similar in shape to other alt bars recommended, but polished silver and not as extreme a shape.
