That's a nice example of a LeMans.
I seem to recall seeing one or more of these in the very late 1970s also with no air filters, just coarse screen domes, but being ridden on the street.
I sort of cringed at the thought of the longer-term cost-per-mile, couldn't fathom that the bikes were ever sold like that.
