Yes, I am not going to presume anything about the market or your business plan, but I'd be concerned not just about digitization, but also drones that could deliver packages via the air.
In that vein, names like:
Totally not Robot Couriers
Human Powered Couriers
Actual People Couriers
etc.,
might help to differentiate you.
There is a non-profit in the US that brings meals to elderly people and sits with them while they eat, so that they aren't so lonely. The name of the organization is "Meals on Wheels". Not sure if you have something with that name already in Sweden, but for a meal focused bicycle courier service, it is a good name. However, if that is a low margin segment of the business, and not where you want to focus, probably not the best choice.
