I have two serious problems with my workshop:
1. I have the terrible habit of finishing a job and walking away and/or starting the next one before I clean up and put my tools away. End result: every flat surface is covered and I have to spend hours cleaning up before I’m able to do anything.
2. Bikes generate a huge number of small parts ranging from the tiny (brake pads) to the large (cranks, wheels, forks, ...) I’ve tried mightily to organize everything well enough so I don’t end up with a big box labeled “misc” but still have a ton of crap lying around that I can’t or haven’t organized.
I’ll take a picture once I’ve spent the requisite several hours cleaning it up enough that I’m not embarrassed ;-)
