fwiw, it probably is fixable; the beauty of steel, really. you just gotta find a builder who can do it. then strip it and get it on an alignment table to see where it's out. could be as easy as the dropouts being out of phase; couple minute fix. it's a process that takes time to determine exactly what the issue is, but then is very quickly fixed (in general).
