Clear chainstay protector that won't yellow

1 Attachment(s)
I wanted to see if anyone has a recommendation for a clear chainstay protector that won't turn yellow. Most of the time, this isn't a big deal...but when this is on a white bike, the yellowed chainstay protector doesn't look so great.

Make your own

ISC Racerstape. http://www.racerstape.com/heli.html
Get in clear in 1" and 2" rolls on Amazon.
Cut your own.
Also works great to prevent cable rub.
Buy this and you will never buy another chainstay product.

Seconding the helicopter tape, stuff's fantastic.

Thanks for the input so far. I've had good luck with the Bike Saver tape that is sold at Colorado Cyclist (https://www.coloradocyclist.com/bike...rotective-tape) -- which would most likely work fine on the chainstays too. I guess I was thinking about a pre-cut one like the one I now have on there from Wheels Manufacturing.

I picked up some clear headlight repair tape a few years ago and it works better than any of the dedicated chainstay protecter I have tried.

i taped a drinking straw with clear tape to use as a protector. works pretty good, had chain slap but it stopped it from slapping the stay.
