That's beautiful!

From banging around, it looks like Cyclesport NJ was a dealer--but while there's posts from the company (Fabrica Milano) on Insta and FB from 2018, the website address seems to have been taken over by some sketchy domain parker.

Anyone know the story?

Edit to add: this looks to be the bike as first assembled from Cyclesport https://thecyclesportexperience.com/...ica-strada-sl/

Don’t know the story but I’ve seen one in the wild and that was a proper nice bike

Zip ties are normal for full length housing. They work much better than those little plastic clips.

R3awak3n 02-02-2023 07:49 AM

Yep, zip ties been used there forever and they work as they should

Correct
Compressionless housing for mechanical discs
2.5mm zip ties on the guides. Never those clips
4th hand to make them tight.
Flush cutters

Ill be the one dissenter and say that full length housing on the top tube with zip ties both looks awful and easily scratches/mars the paint.

Its full length housing, just route it along the downtube and under the bottom bracket. It will be out of the way and there will be no contamination concern since its full length housing.

If housing/hose must be routed along the top tube for some imagined reason, some round guides would remove the need to ziptie everything in place.

Really cool looking bike otherwise.

no one is saying that the routing is optimal or there is no better way to do it, just that using zipties is a common thing to do. Also those round guides won't work because you gotta get 2 or 3 cables up top. But yes its not the most elegant but it works fine (I had a bike like this and was totally ok)

Seller seems to be confusing the size 50 and 52. I bet it's really a 50 and not a 52and the TT is really 52.5, which would be my ideal PEG. Quite a world away though...

(fify, and I want it too … I win because you already have an aluminum Peg)
I see 3 possibilities:
1. It's a 50 and he measured the TT wrong (or it's a typo and should be 525)
2. It's a 51 and he measured the ST wrong (or it's a typo and should be 51)
3. It's a custom

RCC sticker on the TT?
