If money were no object, what i lust for now is a KarlC inspired plan:

I would pick a few pals and buy us all an inGamba tour in some far flung awesome place complete with custom pinarellos that we ride there and take home as rolling momentos of our trip.

Gee, I thought the standard answer was always a Confente.

I guess times and tastes have changed. :(

This is the right answer - though I'd have a hard time picking between Italy and Spain as my initial destination - France would do as well..

This is the correct answer! :D

He's got nothing but smooth roads and tailwinds now.

Basso Ascot full campy, and this Merckx in a 57cm. https://weightweenies.starbike.com/f...?f=10&t=126665

First upgrade would be to my wife's bikes. Getting them exactly how she (well, and me) likes them. They're both 9 speed and she's happy with that, but I'd go with 11 speed and get electronic on one of them.

Then maybe a steel Hampsten or two, based on my Merckx MXL geo...

No disc
FSE Wheelset
Super Record 12 mechanical

OR

Same additions as noted above but my current Serotta Ottrott with Record 12 and FSE wheelset seems to fit the bill for now and many years to come.

I saw one of those at Regroup in Scottsdale a few weeks ago - and in my size no less.. It was amazing. Not sure how it'd ride, but the construction was mind-boggling. (I still am more wow'd by our steel friends doing things by hand - can appreciate the hi-tech stuff still though).

That is why I am still floored by the attention to detail and craftsmanship of my Ottrott. Nothing was not touched and crafted by hand.
