What the heck is this?.. don’t recall Ibis ever making something like it:

Me neither, but that Ibis blue is always such a beautiful color.

The description does say that the canti bosses and dropouts were added to the frame, so I’d say, no, Ibis probably never did make a Spanky like this. My Spanky is the best-riding bike I’ve ever owned, and I can’t see how this mod would be an improvement.

It could be an one off. A decal is just a decal.
Paint seems to be Ibis blue.
