What artist is your favorite on your I Pod ?
You know the one that is most listened too.
Hands down for me Allison Krauss. Her voice is sublime next is Kenny Chesney, don't laugh the dude is good :) |

Guess I need to get an Ipod to have a favorite...
Pat "last American without an Ipod" |
The concept of "favorite artist" just doesn't work for me.
I listened to Mission of Burma and The Moles while working on my taxes this afternoon, if that helps. |
My I Pod
Old 97s...If you haven't heard them check 'em out...

nada surf and superdrag

All of them since I handpicked virtually every song on the thing. No wasted space on my iPod. :D
|
Neil Young - Harvest. It seems to be my go-to when I can't work out what I want to listen to.
Other than that, I seem to listen to quite a lot of Gomez, and Vaughan Williams when I'm in a classical mood. As others have said, it's the diversity of music on the thing that appeals most though. |
Lately Neko Case and Rocket From the Crypt, go figure.
|
These days any JJ Cale. Doesn't matter if it's him or a cover.
|
Amy Ray.....love that southern drawl
|
Pearl Jam, Jamiroquai, and James Brown. I like th classic rock too (Beatles, Stones etc). To be honest though I usually end up listing to podcast mostly nothing makes you pound the pedals hard than listening to politics. :crap:

Jay Farrarr, Son Volt, and Wilco for me lately. Smiley, have you listened to the Allison Krauss and Robert Plant colaberation? I like it a lot.

Alison Kraus and Robert Plant at Red Rocks
Coincidence - their "Please read the letter" song was just playing on the radio when I checked this. Have tickets to see them at Red Rocks this summer.
