Jacket recommendations for tall cyclist (6’5”)

Any other yetis out there with recommendations for riding jackets? Especially with adequate sleeve length.
TIA

Castelli everything has always been my go-to. I'm 6'5" with ape arms.

Hincapie also typically fits me really well at just below 6’3 with EXTREMELY odd dimensions.

6'4" with proportional arms here. Castelli XXL.

But honestly, not even that is 100% safe, because they're not fully consistent with their sizing.

And are you 6'5" and big, or the 6'5" equivalent of Chris Froome?

6' 5" @ 225 here with long torso and arms, I also found a surprisingly good fit with Castelli XXL. Granted not a ton of research as I was in Italy at the time with a storm expected and had few options, but I'm still very pleased with the fit of both my minimalist packable rain cape and heavier jacket. I do also have an XXL Pearl Izumi that fits well in the arms, but is actually a bit loose in the torso for my taste, seems you hit XXL and most brands assume a heavy mid section. Nice that Castelli accommodates long arms and broad shoulders, but doesn't assume a significant belly.

Although I wear Rapha and Assos bibs their jackets are a no fly zone.

Hope that helps.

7mesh sleeves jackets typically have a little extra arm length. I'm selling an xxl gore in the classifieds that will def fit you.

6'4" with 35" sleeves. I've found a couple of Bontrager jackets which work well, although they are not long in the torso. Super lightweight but extremely warm.

No longer made but still available out there on the Intertubes:

The '360' variant uses the same (thicker) material front and back.

I weigh 185.

I would second the remarks on Castelli, you never know whether you are going to get XXL or L. Nice stuff, but I stopped buying it for this reason.

I've no experience with their jackets, but Aerotech Designs makes tall cycling jackets. I have a pair of their tall bibs and they are decent quality, not much discernable difference in feel (for me) between Rapha Classic bibs, except the aerotech have longer straps/legs and a different leg gripper. I do have one of their basic tall short sleeve jerseys and the body is definitely a little longer than other brands... although for whatever reason the short sleeves were shorter than any other jersey I own so I don't wear it that often as it feels too short.

I'm 6'3" and LOVE my Castelli Alpha.

Check out the Castelli Gabba long sleeve jersey. While not a jacket, it is surprisingly very warm and has been my go-to as of late.

Potentially interested in the jacket I'm about 225lbs, How snug is the fit of the jacket?

Thanks Donevwill, I'll look more into castelli it sounds like you are the same size as me as I'm 225 long torso and arms as well. So you can feel the pain of finding sleeves that are long enough with out having a totally baggy mid section lol
