That's beautiful, I had one that I raced until 1991. Even had the rear cold set for 130mm to run 8S Dura-Ace.

Whoa, check out the black gold RGC brakes!

Gotta love those 80's rims with no brake track and a hard anodized surface. How did we ever stop?

Just gotta say IMHO the SBDU frames, 531 yup but especially the 753, are pretty much unequaled in factory-built road frames. Smooth, responsive, fast, and not a twitchy, bone-shaking crit monster. If you ain't had one, and this one fits yer bod and budget, you oughta get it.

At one point in time I had two that fit, 531/753, a 1st year production 531 frameset that was unpainted, and a 753 sold to me as a 60cm that was actually a 58cm. The 58cm guy regretted his sizing mistake, but regretted selling it at all even more, so I gladly sent it right back.

How I went from four to none is still a mystery...

Show up to your next group ride on this bike and win the Spring. Then keep riding it, or start your bike museum. It's that good.

One of the nicest riding frames of all time. Truly a gorgeous frameset and they descend like they are on rails.

I wish this fit me.

Stephen
