O.T. An afternoon with T Tall
I was the lucky purchaser of TT's wife's legend - It looks beautiful. Spent the afternoon looking at bike porn (TT's bikes...) while he built up my new legend - a HUGE thanks!
Aside from learning a bit 'bout basic wrenching, I was able to look at his wife's new Peg - hopefully there will be a pic posted?!? Its a true work of art. I was interested to learn from TT that you can use shimano 10 sp wheels with a Campy 10 sp drivetrain (but must be ultegra or better cassette)- gonna test the theory as soon as I can coax a loaner from a friend. Anyone else tried this before? Keep riding! Dek |
No no no, the pleasure is all mine :) It feels like family passing on a great bike to someone we know and fun to see the bike in campag kit...looks nice.
It was a relaxing afternoon. I dig working on bikes too. OK OK, I'll post a pic of the Peg. Sheesh. This time it will be without snapshots of wife's sutures ;) PS - EVERYONE in Maryland make Dek come out for social rides. Nuf said. |
Ok - ok - I get it!
let me get out of the dogpound first... ouch! |
