Ohh it’s bad design for sure, but it’s definitely interesting design! There’s gotta be bad to see the good

i dont think the price is anything great, but this is IMO, an attractive frame. Not sure which model this is either, 531 though.

That’s my old grocery getter! I’m one of five people (that I know about) that have owned that bike, somehow it’s managed to stay in PDX. I purchased it fully built up as a single speed with Phil Wood disc hubs that were worth almost what I paid. The paint was in bad shape however the frame was straight. That jalopy of a frame has seen better days. Sup Miguel!

#Slam_that_seatpost -- a sign of a stolen bike....but I'll give the benefit of the doubt..

The market is me if I wasn't full-up on vintage roadies at the moment.

Mondonico Italian Handbuilt Road/Gravel/Cyclocross - $2,000 (Capitol Hill)

Up for sale is my beautiful handmade Italian steel road/gravel/cross bike, I have mixed feelings about letting her go...

Mondonico Futura Leggero lugged steel frame & fork, great condition, some chips in the paint from normal use. Size- top tube 55cm seat tube 53cm

Dura-Ace- cranks, hubs, derailleur, shifter/levers, 9 speed rear cog

Paul Component Engineering- cantilever brakes, stem, seatpost

Almost new Tufo Primus knobby tubular tires 32mm (for gravel, cyclocross)

Sold without seat & pedals, but comes with an extra matching brake lever, Deore XT front derailleur, and I've got other sized stems for you to choose from. I bought this many years ago from a bike shop employee on Bainbridge. Don't know a ton about it buy figure it's from the late '90s-early 2000's, beautifully built and somewhat collectible, pretty sweet ride.

I remember a super silly post about one these somewhere where people were claiming it was some kind of racist bike because they thought the name was a "play" on some other word. The extent people go to get offended sometimes never ceases to amaze me, LOL!
