No, heard about it too late. I am not one to jump on things without endless deliberation, so likely would miss it anyways. :(

The Mercury G3's are 50% or greater off. Nice set of 650's with good specs for under $350. Good user reviews. Active Junky gets you another 9% cash back too.

PSA on buying Mercury Wheels from CC: You may not get the axle end caps that Mercury lists as included items. Buddy bought a set and received 12mm TA front and rear QR, then had to buy end caps from Mercury. He called CC before pulling the trigger and they “confirmed” all end caps were in the box, then would not make things right when parts were missing. He still got a good deal, but..

Credit card chargeback that idiocy.

This has already dropped in price from $4,500 to $3,200. Damn good deal given the components and frame. Includes a "best offer" option. Seller appears anxious to sell. Stock geo, according to seller. Seems a bit off to me. Very aggressive, apparently.

Still mystified why this is still here …

Same reason as the No.22 Great Divide I suppose. Market is over saturated with great used bikes with rim brakes along with the road season coming to an end for a bunch of us.

We are all bike heads here while the majority of cyclists are not even aware Seven Cycles exists. The shops are pushing disc brakes and e-shifting more and more as well making new entrants in the sport/hobby believe bikes like this are obsolete.

eBay is also charging tax on used goods which in my state adds a significant increase in cost. I have basically given up on purchasing anything on eBay ever again since the 8% added to anything I buy has come into play. No issue with paying tax, but used goods should not be taxed as they already received that upon initial purchase. Just my two cents.

FWIW that bike is Boston area bike shop employee owned by a solid dude who did his time at Harris Cyclery and Ride Studio Cafe. Buy with confidence!

While it has a 50 cm c-c seat tube, it slopes a gentle 8° so the "virtual seat tube" is more like 58. This will fit like a classic 58x58 square frame with road race handling thanks to the mid height BB, 73.5 HTA, and short 40.5 cm chainstays. I'd like to take that thing down a hill at 50 mph.

57cm Mars Cycles Frameset Enve Chris king - $800

57cm Mars Cycles Frameset Enve Chris king - $800
https://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/bop...008651062.html
57cm Mars road frameset with Enve fork and Chris king headset, fork has only a few hundred miles on it. The Frame was built in Oakland California with Columbus Life tubing and a Strawberry built wishbone seat stay. For steel, this frame is stiff and responsive, I loved riding it, forced to sell it for cash. some minor paint chips on chain stay and discoloration. the decals are slightly damaged but i can get new ones if its a deal breaker. I have plenty of cockpit options I am willing to throw in for free to sweeten the deal.

I have bought quite a few bikes through the years from this seller. He fixes the bikes up for the Albany bike rescue and is a solid guy. If this were a touch smaller I would be on my way to Delmar in the am.

SF Bay Area CL: 58cm Specialized Steel Frameset - $150 (milpitas)

"Good condition, normal wear and tear, Columbus steel frame with carbon fork, handlebar and stem included"

I'm pretty sure that this is the model with Columbus Foco tubing that people were impressed with back in its day. Cheap for a quality steel frame if it fits you.
