Winter Bicycles "Burrito Mission Demountable"
This one started as an "After Hours Special", and will be with me at Philly Bike Expo this year.

Burrito Mission Demountable

"Demountable" because it separates in a way vaguely similar to a Ritchey breakaway (although this system looks more robust). Worth heading over to Eric's flikr feed to see bigger pictures.

Thanks- this system does not use the DT collar or the seat post the way the Ritchey system does. I was trying to go with something low profile, simple for the end user, and that allowed for a variety of seat stay set ups.

Lots of better/ bigger/ higher resolution photos on my website gallery. Thank you.

Plus you can hold 2x burritos in those bottle cages :hello:

What if you want burritos and drinks?

Stick the burritos in your hoodie and the horchata in the cup holders. Where there is a will, there is a way.

That seatpost binder is insanely wonderful. Elegant and inspired.

Which cranks are those? Another beautiful bike!

I like this take on the Ritchey system. Very nicely done. I'd love to have a regular-wheel sized travel bike in my quiver. My Bike Friday gets the job done, but the ride is well, meh.

Burrito portage is important.
