I really wish I had not seen this; it is my size. On one hand, I really like Bruce Gordon's work; I had tried to get him to build me custom lugged frame shortly before he retired. On the other hand, this bike is more like a romantic rendition of the concept.

It honestly looks brand new - but Dave sends his frames out ready to go..

Awesome bike for the right person and one not likely to seen again anytime soon... Bruce was certainly a master craftsman!

Yes you did! I thought the thinly filed lug work on that frame was lovely. I ended up selling it to a friend who is a bit taller than me. It fit him better.

Best Regards,
Robbins

John Hollands road bike frameset frame and fork vintage handmade in USA 54cm

Here is a vintage, handmade in Reistertown, Maryland USA Hollands road frame and fork. I believe it is an early 90's model. John Hollands has a great back story to his foray into bicycle building. Go to www.classicrendezvous.com to get a great story on this great American frame builder.

The frame and fork are in great rideable condition. There are some blemishes which are strictly cosmetic but in no way affect the quality of ride. In the pictures you will notice multiple paint chips and scratches. Also, there is a very small ding in the top tube which is pictured and a slightly larger ding on the left side seat stay also pictures.

The details on the frame are as follows.

54cm top tube center to center
55-55.5cm top tube center to center
1" threaded fork
Reynolds English threaded bottom bracket 68mm shell width
Frame tubing is Reynolds Competition
Dropouts are Columbus

Please ask any questions or request pictures before bidding. Sale is final no returns.

Mavic Hubs and Rims - $80

Seems like a good price for a set of vintage tubulars.

Considering how well those hubs last, they are worth it.

Reasonably priced Mondonico in my area. Not the model I’m looking for or I’d already be in his driveway negotiating a deal.

Let me know if you have regrets. Would consider it for a friend who’s looking

It turned out to be nicer than I thought it would be. Full Dura Ace 7400 groupset, Brooks B-15 Swallow saddle. A couple of paint scratches but overall a pretty nice survivor. Just needs new bar tape, tires, cables, and a good cleaning. I certainly didn’t “need” it, but I’m a sucker for Mondonicos.

Not a good deal but they don't pop up for sale too often.

For some reason I've wanted a Ti Fat Bike for awhile.
