favorite small handlebar bag?
You know about 8 inches by 3 or 4 inches. The Rapha one looks well thought out.

Just purchased the Ornott Mini which seems to fit the bill dimensions wise. No in person review yet but I'm excited to have it for when I need a little extra storage:

I have Roadrunner Burrito (and the Burrito supreme), which work well for me.

PostCo bar bag user here. Fantastic size, strap design (sticky), magnetic top in case you want to ride with it unzipped. 2 decent side pockets for gel, phone access with tie downs as well.
Price is right too. https://postcarry.co/products/handlebar-bag http://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/000...g?v=1608952612 |

I like a bag with a good internal structure. The Ornot bag wins for me, bot the small and micro are very well made.

I'd say Attaquer bag, but they recently changed the design. The older one had a large U shaped zipper opening which made it easier to access when I have a light to GoPro hanging off the front. Their new one...no idea.

May be slightly larger than you want (11x5x6 or so) but the Dill Pickle handlebar bag is exceptional. I used one for PBP and now have it on my commuter bike. It has a trapezoidal design so you can easily use the bar tops, six points of attachment so it doesn't sway, opens away from you (easy access and pushed closed by wind), closes with magnets, and is very secure and light.

Another vote for Ornott. I’m digging the now larger mini bag.

I have the Rapha bar bag in yellow. The fabric cleans up easily after getting muddy and road stained. I use the mechanics handcleaner goop that sits in tub by the utility sink. My cockpit setup is crowded (garmin, two lights, and shifter cables all in the way of easy access. There's a few fiddly things I would change about the bag if I were the designer on it, but after a year or so of heavy use, I expect it will be around for a long time.

I have one of these in the mail....I like this shape best. When Fog City got rolled into Outer Shell they stopped making the small bar bag he designed and I love it. This one from Nittany looks promising for my likes/needs.
