Anyone know more about this or able to check out in person? How old would a radio shack era bike be these days? Had my eye out for a domane for a while and 53tt is what i fit |

Nice looking Rock Lobster here:
https://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/bik...419641516.html Maybe someone can buy it before I do! I don't know anything more about than what is in the listing: I had this bike custom made by Paul Sadoff of Rock Lobster Cycles in 2011, and used it in local cyclocrosses for several years. It is a great handling bike, and corners particularly confidently. I hate to part with it, but it isn't getting the use it deserves. |
Brooks leather tape
I'd get this myself if it was white.

No relation, Planet Cyclery has 2 of those 2014/15 Museeuw frames in size XL for $329 each. These were the carbon/flux frames.

Sierra has G8 2600's for only $12.99 in a variety of sizes. I spent over $100 on 2620s, so this is an outright bargain. Older version yes, but still totally fine. Ordered a couple of sets as backups and for hiking boots.

Should be a 2013 IIRC and smallest it could be is a 54. But these are long and low at the extreme. And stout too, with extra girth and layup downstairs. A few of us here have the 62CM, Mine was supposed to be a 60, the H1 heatube make them appear smaller than they are. And it does not say on the seat tube what size they are. I have the geometry chart if needed.. |
Oooh.. Thanks for that. Grabbed a couple to give em a whirl.

I can't recall the last time I admired a Trek, but I must say, that is a fine looking bike. Nice deal at 1500 for the right person for sure.

I also thought 54cm was the smallest made, but maybe they made others as I'm guessing there were some smaller guys on the team who needed small frames (which means my guess is this was a team frame, not one made for retail). |
