Too modern for the retrogrouches, too antique for the modern crowd! Which is why I wouldn't be surprised to see it slip.

Ughhhh .... I had seen this bike before and was a fan, but overlooked that detail. Now I can't unseen it and it literally ruins the bike for me. Thanks!

Shows how far the vintage bike market has come down. There was a time just the sheriff star wheels would command $800. Not a fan of the radial lacing, but still...

Love those wheels. I had a beautiful set years ago, but I was too afraid to actually ride them, so i sold em

... and sold (quickly) for the asking price.

Good to see that the 'road disc' trend hasn't made people quite that crazy.

59cm.

I have one, and it rides great. Highly recommended if you're looking for a traditional road bike, and worth upgrading to modern components if you're so inclined.

I have one also, nice handling ride, the Ti work on these is very well done. Upgraded all the components to current DA, a Time fork from the Bontrager/Trek Race Light and C24 9100 wheels. I paid a bit less for mine from a LA Jewish Ladies thrift shop a couple years ago, however, this is still a great deal.

Passing along some great deals on di2 bikes. Afaik Trek travel bikes are only used on about 4 trips per year and if you have a trek branded shop around they assemble free of charge.
