cane creek 200 sl brakes

I was just wondering if anyone had experience with the Cane Creek 200 SL brakes. Yes I did a search and could not find anything useful. Thanks.

have them mounted on my fixie. very light but not much stopping power.

I had them on my bikes before I went to Zero Gravity. No problems. In My opinion,Zero Gravitys are lighter and stop better too.

+1 to CPP

Had a test set and thought they were "OK". Not sure what they cost, but unless the performance is great and the weight savings very "substantial" (relative term, I know...) I gotta wonder why...

Seems to be a quick consensus here. They are light, but there are better stoppers out there.

That's my vote too. Given normal Brakes, the D/A 9 or 10, or the Campy both work better.

I currently have a set of old Campy Chorus brakes on my bike and it looks as if they will be staying on the bike. I am getting a new frame sometime in November and will be swapping most of the old compenets to the new frame while upgrading some components. This scenario led me to my curiousity with the Cane Creek brakes.

Thanks for the feedback.
