compatibility of campy 11s shifters & 12s FD?

As above, anyone knows if 2015+ 11s shifters will work nicely with 12s FDs? 11s FDs seem to be out of stock everywhere, so just wondering if this will work...

I'd love to hear some first hand experiences with this, but I would venture to guess that it would work fine as the shifter ratchets over 3 clicks to pull the derailleur cable taught, so because it's not indexed each cable pull isn't crucial it just needs to be pulled taught enough. Again, I would love to hear first hand accounts.

It will work fine as long as the shifters are SR/Record or Chorus with the LH 'ratcheting friction. As a matter of fact, you can use pretty much any front der with those shifters.
