Best Saddle Bag -- who makes it?

I need a saddle bag to carry two 700c tubes, 3 CO2s, Levers, and a patch kit.

Previously I've been a Lezyne fan but I've had a ton of zipper failures and want to try something different.

Oh, and it must be black.

Who makes it and which one should I get?

Big fan of my Outer Shell (formerly Fog City) saddle bag. Handmade in SF. Available in black, as well as a bunch of other colors and material choices.

Plus 1....
This what I was about to recommend. I own one and I don’t think there is a better saddle bag out there for your size requirements.

Easily my favorite as well. Although it might be a touch small for all the OP wants to carry.

If it doesn't have to be a saddle bag, the Ornot Mini Handlebar bag could carry two tubes, with 3 CO2s and levers.

Fair point. I don't carry CO2 canisters, but 3 definitely seems to be a bit much for the Outer Shell. Mine currently fits a big 27.5"x1.75-2.5" sized tube, one Pedros lever, and a Park patch kit with room to spare.

Spur cycle! Expandable and carries the most about of stuff with the smallest profile. Super durable too! So simple and right.

Arundel "Dual" user here.

Two 700c tubes (with either 48mm or 80mm valves), two Co2 canisters, one Co2 pump head, 1 tire lever, 1 thin Park Tool TB-2 (tire boot), and a small multi-tool.
It's packed in there good & tight, but it works like a charm.

Been riding this setup for quite a few years.

Love my Outershell handlebar bag. Been riding with it on my commute bike practically every day for like 3 years now. Still awesome and holding up well.

Here's a bigger seatbag from him. NOt as tidy or svlete but looks pretty flexible for your uses: https://www.outershelladventure.com/...595c4rhsyfr6kq

Reminds me of the Fairweather bag but much cheaper!

Not quite a "saddle" bag...

Dont really like how a saddle bag looks on a bike. So I have one of these king kargo cages and am a huge fan. I use the mtn size on my road bike and can hold 2 tubes, a multitool, patch kit, tire level, and some other small things in there. I even used to carry a small lezyne pump in there previously (with one less tube)...

I'm not a fan of saddlebags...you can't get to it while riding and you don't know if it's left open...these are cool: https://www.ornotbike.com/collection...-bag-mini-plum

Velocolour makes great tool rolls and has started making larger saddlebags as well.

I've been using one of theirs for a bit over a year now and, minus the mud currently caked on it, it is good as new. Really robust construction and fits a heck of a lot of stuff (dynamite roll +, holds 2x 700x32 tubes, Lezyne multitool, Wofltooth chainlink tool, patch kit with a superglue tube, extra lever, plus a few euros worth of coins with room to spare).

Plus they're nice people and give a sh*t about the environment, working really hard to reduce the impact of painting and making smart choices in their fabric recycling.
