Riding on the trail around the lake in downtown...

:mad: :mad: :mad: Out for 3-4 months at least. Fell off my commuter and landed hard on left side. Fractured elbow :help:

Dunno...chain came off. Not sure if off the cog or big ring (ss) All I know is I was out of the saddle cranking hard and suddenly lost my footing :eek: Even scarier is the fact I fell to my left and a car rode barely 2 feet away from my head. This happened in downtown Boston so there was a lot of traffic around me for sure.

was clear and 0 degrees in the morning....had to create makeshift mudguards out of corrugated plastic and packing tape.

Sweet single track. Where is that? Yeah when I'm on the mtn bike huffing and puffing and see some guy on a cross bike, doesn't happen often where I am, I usually want to throw a rock at them but I'm way to tired. Is the bell to move the mtn bikers out of the way??
