Does anyone make a mount for seat stays?

Pretty sure they come with one. At least mine did. It has different rubber wedges to fit different size seat stays and angles.

Mine came with an aero wedge which I tried to adapt to a (round) seat stay. It rotated worse than using the round seatpost mount on the seatpost.

Seconding jamesdak's YFoil experience, on path paths like Chicago's Lakefront Trail, it will detect cars on Lakeshore Drive pretty easily, despite the rather wide angle.
