At first viewing I thought I was going to not like VC but I actually enjoy the videos and think he is a real good dude. Typical don't judge book by the cover.

Hollowgram5 turned me into the Ruckus Composites podcast which I listened to yesterday and that was pretty damn good and informative.

Another dude I really like is rides of Japan

Ian Cramer podcast. He is a cyclist but the podcast is all about health, plant based diet and nutrition. Interviews with leading doctors, researchers and scientists. Fact and science based.

The member that posted Henry Wildeberry's youtube videos is correct; he's pretty chill. Like the ride videos very much.

Dustin Klein's videos are really well put together.
I enjoy watching Rides of Japan as well!

The Gu Energy Podcast with Fat Cyclist is not as frequent as I'd like but very good. Fatty and his partner let the guest talk more than they do, unlike some others. The recent one with Jay Petervary was a highlight and also the Rob Krar episode.

Not a fan of Ian Cramer at all. He overstates his expertise in a few areas.

2metalhips 11-16-2018 08:39 AM

Ian Cramer has conducted over 50 interviews with the scholars, researchers and scientists in health, nutrition, and diet. His guests have included, Dr Joel Fuhrman, Dr Robert Ostfeld, Dr Will Bulsiewicz, Dr Saray Stancic, Dr Caldwell Esselstyn, Dr Brooke Goldner, Dr John McDougall, Dr Kim Williams, T Colin Campbell PhD, Dr Jami Dulaney, Dr Joel Kahn, and many others. Anyone with any interest in health and nutrition will recognize these names. Topics include, cardiology, diabetes, pediatrics, gut health, auto immune diseases, plant based diet and many more. Cramer asks the questions, the guests provide the expertise. Many of the guests have praised Ian for the quality of his podcast. In todays world of bro science, fad diets, and internet "experts" it is welcome.

Found the "Over the Top" podcast on my current business trip - enjoying it thoroughly with the mix of shorter and longer episodes - it's about ultracycling (mostly) and I'm learning quite a bit..

I’m really enjoying Juliet Elliot’s YouTube channel. She’s mom with a young child racing bikes a making YouTube videos. There is a charm to her videos that I really like.

Used to be a big fan of Cycling Maven vlog, but he has given up on cycling. Now, I always watch Fernwee. He makes some really good video.
