Here's the old Merlin I picked up last year. Still sorting out the build but this is how I was riding it at the end of the year when the snows moved in. This bike gave me my fastest ride of the year.

I also put on new cables, a Zipp stem, Fizik Kurve Saddle and Look Keo pedals. I also swapped out the bad wheelset it had with some nice Fulcrum Racing 0's clad with GP 5000 tires and put on some bottle cages. The 1x found it’s way south to NYC. Think I will keep it here for summer jaunts up in Ulster/ Dutchess/ and so on. Gotta change the saddle back to my preferred Alpitude though.
