Jeez, why didnt he just lock the brakes and lay down. That looked humiliating and painful!

laying it down = immediate pain
vs
ride it out = maybe ride it out and delayed pain. (I did something similar in Moab many years ago, just like the vid)

riding the top tube is always fun. my guess is that his primary injury occurred prior to shooting the gap in the tree.

it's best to befriend momentum cuz it's at the party whether you like it or not.

A few days ago, I watched "Race Across the Sky" about the 2009 Leadville 100 race. Got me all hyped about getting my mountain bike out of the basement and riding it again (haven't ridden it in probably 7 years)...


Videos like this have the opposite effect....

There is definitely some questionable content but mostly really funny...one of my good college buddies runs the site
