Cramer Atomic Balm

Has anyone ever used this product for embrocation? The last time I used this stuff was in high school and I recall it was nuclear hot.

Also believe it stained, however, I'm not certain. I recently came across this stuff again I began to wonder......

Inexpensive compared to more popular items on the market.

Where have you found it. Mix it with lanolin and you have a good embrocation. Duane Reade doesn't have it, alas.

I have used it quite a bit, and it works well. Good heat and stays for a long time. I wear black knee warmers so staining is not a problem.

in high school, we put atomic balm in two places: someone's jock and into the whirlpool. pretty funny, in a 16-year-old sort of way...if you weren't on the receiving end. :rolleyes:

It's available for many sports supply places. I bought a tub of Atomic Balm and also Red Hot a couple years ago. $11 per 1 lb tub. Works just fine for embro. It is on the thick side but you won't worry about it coming off in spring races.
