What now for Johan and Chris Charmichael?

It will be interesting to see how close they both are to the top in two years.

i think johan has proven that his organization is as good or better than anyone when it comes to winning and/or doing well in 1-3 week tours aside from lances accomplishments, and i would expect top results in these races from him/discovery going forward.

what role carmicheal will play in the future seems less clear at least to me because don't know his role with discovery other than a coach to lance and george, and thus it is hard to say what his successes will be (or even how he defines success).
