Cinelli

I have an older Cinelli bar and quill setup and the bolt that tightens the bar to stem is is getting severely stripped where the wrench fits in, I've checked a couple of bike shops, hardware stores and even a plumbing supply store, no dice, some kind of weird thread, very fine, about 8mm but not positive on that, can anyone help me locate one?
