A trip for 6 heading down, does anyone know a source for good rig rental?

Either Orange Cycle or David's cycle world. Or they can tell you who will rent them.

Are you going to take the group on one our wonderful trails?

Perfect for a group or family ride. http://www.dep.state.fl.us/gwt/guide/regions/eastcentral/trails/west_orange.htm

The only place I am familiar with is Bikes & Blades (http://orlandobikerental.com/contact_us.html) on the West Orange Trail Head. They have basic trail, hybrid and road bikes but I don't know just how many. Its a good location to start riding though, as in addition to the Trail itself its on the fringes of Clermont which is home to some of the best road riding in all of Florida. There are even some nice hills up along the west side of lake Apopka. The Florida Freewheeler site provides some choice routes in this area. There is also the Horrible Hundred on the upcoming weekend of the 19th. Its a great event with about 2000 participants. I'm already registered.

Orange Cycle is a top shelf dealership in Orlando proper but they do not rent bikes. But its always nice to visit a well stocked shop, and they are a pretty well stocked shop. They also host some weekly rides that are nice.

Agree about Bikes and Blades. And they are on the trail....no need to figure out how to transport bikes. Good group riding in either direction from there. W to Clermont Beach (about 10 miles), or E to downtown Winter Garder for Ice Cream and Pizza (directly on the trail).
