Riding in Maui

My wife has a business trip to Maui in January and I was thinking about tagging along. Has anyone ridden here and have any advice on bike rentals or if I should take my own along?

January tends to be wet and colder than normal, meaning there is a chance for snow at the summit and at the very least cold. If you want to do Haleakala, bring your warm stuff along, you will need it - figure 30 or so degrees colder at the top. Call Donnie Arnault's place for routes and bikes.
