i am curious to know if anyone has had experience with the z3 wheelset, as i have an opportunity to obtain a pair at a very good price. i am, however leery of zipp, as i have heard of and personally witnessed many absurd and catastrophic failures of their wheelsets, most notably of the 303, but i have been assured that the Z3 is vastly different, and greatly improved.
