Is the only form of communication through email or fax? Really, no phone number?
I am just trying to find out what the cost and turnaround would be.

something funny is going on. because i have emailed them, and faxed them and it has been almost 2 weeks since i've gotten any sort of reply :( has anyone else tried contacting them?

I did get an answer back and this is the word from Serotta...

A couple questions that do seem to keep popping up:
Repairs and RA's should be addressed to info@serotta.com. This is peak refinish season so expect that it will take up to 5 business days for a reply to your inquiry. Lead times now are approximately 90 days.
