Just signed up to check it out. Seems significantly better for receiving funds compared to paypal. it's really only $0.25 to receive anything with a cap of $5k?

hope it catches on...

CC company charges merchant 3%.
Merchant then passes on cost to customer.

Then CC gives you 1% back. (Wow ! how generous ! )

CC makes 2% on every transaction.

not a bad deal for someone.

I used Dwolla for a sale in the classifieds here a couple of weeks ago and it was great. I paid $0.25 to receive the payment, the buyer paid nothing. After setting up the account, it was easy. And no paypal gouging.

If you are talking about retail, anybody that pays 3% on CC transactions need to listen to the scads of cold calls the retailer undoubtedly gets every week from CC processing companies.. Way less than 3%.
