Name this bar tape

Got a friend who took this picture at Interbike and I was curious if anyone new which brand this was. I've already asked the person who took the picture and they didn't know. So what do you think?

It doesn't look like any of the Fizik tapes that I have seen.

Ridley has their own house brand for wheels and accessories called 4ZA. You might want to check that out. I would imagine they would market their own bar tape.

I agree with the 4ZA call...it is to Ridley as Bontrager is to Trek...
probably new as it is interbike, after all

It's Fizik but not the regular microtex. It's the Dual:

Looks like the Stella Azzurra "Eleganza" tape, as mentioned already. It's similar to the Fizik but a little squishier if I remember correctly.

As others have said, it looks the most like Stella Azzura Eleganza, with the double stitching and the perforations on one side, but there is no silver version of that tape. Maybe a custom version for Ridley? Colorado Cyclist's house brand two-tone tape is pretty much the same thing as Eleganza, fwiw.

The closest thing I've seen to the tape in the OP is made by PRO, but it doesn't have the double stitching:
