biking in new orleans

I'm going tomorrow - I already have a very chill sounding confederacy of cruisers tour booked for Friday where you ride bikes and eat at different places, but I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions on places to rent bikes and/or go for a ride. I will be there with my girlfriend, who won't want to do anything too crazy, but will be fine on anything up to 30 miles or so.
